Travel Nurse RN - Emergency Room (ER) / Trauma - $1,860 per week in Thornton, CO

# Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse (RN), Emergency Department – Colorado

Start Date: August 31, 2026

Location: Thornton, Colorado

Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants

Schedule: 3:00 PM – 3:00 AM (Night Shift), 12-hour shifts

Highlights:

• High-volume Emergency Department serving an average of 145 patients daily in a 40-bed unit
• Comprehensive trauma care experience including Level 1 and Level 2 trauma activations
• Patient ratio of 4:1 with strong collaborative team including RNs, Paramedics, EMTs, and support staff
• Meditech EMR system utilized for documentation and care coordination
• Full-spectrum emergency care including stroke protocols, sepsis management, procedural sedation, and pediatric emergencies
• Travel assignment with competitive compensation package

Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of current acute care Emergency Department RN experience required
• Active RN license in good standing
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIH Stroke Scale, PALS, TNCC, and ENPC certifications required
• CPI (Crisis Prevention Intervention) Blue Card certification required
• Trauma Level 1 or Level 2 experience strongly preferred
• Prior Meditech experience preferred
