TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find a qualified ER/Trauma RN in Melbourne, Florida, 32901!

Job Title: Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Emergency Room Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 12 hours Experience: Minimum 1 year required License: Active Florida state or compact license required at time of submission Certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS, TNCC required; CPI preferred Must-Have: - Two references from authority figures (Managers, Supervisors, Charge Nurses, or Directors) within the last year must be included with submission - COVID-19 vaccine required - Flu vaccine required Description: Full-time position with three 12-hour shifts. Shifts from 11:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Every other weekend and major holiday required. Patient ratios are 1:4. Travellers may be required to float to all locations. On-call as needed. Six weekend shifts required per six-week schedule cycle. RTO restrictions apply; finalized RTO must be included with submission. Contracted hours guaranteed. Candidate must have experience with emergency department patient care. Skills required include management of arterial lines, blood product administration, care of ventilated patients, and interpretation of dysrhythmias. Candidate must be capable of managing critical care situations and performing triage. Previous acute care large hospital experience is preferred. Work involves various patient age groups including neonates, adolescents, infants, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics. Candidates must have experience with the EPIC documentation system. Medical or religious exemptions for vaccines might be available. References are required to be dated within the past year.
