### Exciting Opportunity for ER Registered Nurse!
**Job Description:**
- **Location:** Live Oak, TX
- **Unit:** Emergency Room (ER)
- **Shift Details:**
- Assignment Length: 13 weeks
- Shift/Workdays: 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM
- Schedule: Every other weekend
- Call Requirements: Yes
- Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week
- **General Information:**
- Must float as per floating policy
- Documentation System: Meditech
- Floating Policy: As needed
- **Requested Skill Set:**
- **Must Have:**
- PALS or ENPC certification
- ACLS certification
- BLS certification
- TNCC certification
- NIHSS required
- Minimum 2+ years of ER experience
- **Preferred Skills:**
- CEN certification
- Strong teamwork and communication abilities
- Meditech experience
- **Unit Procedures:**
- Conscious Sedation
- Participation in Intubations
- Behavioral Health Watch
- Sepsis protocols
- Stroke management (TPA administration)
- Chest pain protocols (Heart Alerts)
- **Dress Code:**
- **Scrub Color:** Navy (undershirts and jackets: white, navy, or black only)
- **Nail Policy:** No acrylic nails, must be clean and short (no chipped polish)
- **Hair:** Off shoulders, natural color only
- **Tattoos:** Must be covered whenever possible
- **Piercings:** Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited
