Emergency Room (ER) Registered Nurse in a hospital setting. This role involves providing holistic, patient-centered care to individuals experiencing emergency situations. The nurse will assess patient needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, and collaborate with healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes. The position demands a high level of clinical expertise, communication skills, and the ability to manage high-acuity cases efficiently.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week
  • Required Qualifications: CA RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIH PALS, CPI or comparable certification (must be an 8-hour class with at least half of the class in person), at least three years recent RN experience working in an RN role, at least two years recent RN experience in an emergency room or specialty area, BSN or ADN degree
  • Preferred Qualifications: Experience in emergency nursing, trauma certification is a plus
  • Additional Information: The nurse will be responsible for providing high-quality emergency care, including patient assessment, care planning, implementation, and evaluation.
