Job Specialty: Operating Room (OR) RN – Trauma

Shift: 8-hour days, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM
Schedule: Monday–Friday
Guaranteed Hours: 40 hrs/week
Call: Required, based on staffing/PTO
Holiday Call: Required
Local Rule: Must live 100+ miles from facility

Call Windows:

• Mon–Fri: 3:30–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Sat/Sun: 7:00 AM–7:00 PM or 7:00 PM–7:00 AM
• Potentially 1–2 call shifts

Requirements:

• 3+ years OR experience
• Trauma OR experience – required
• Circulating RN experience – required
• Graduate of accredited/NLN-approved RN program
• Active RN license
• BLS & ACLS
• PALS
• BSN highly preferred

Responsibilities:

• Circulating and/or scrubbing for surgical procedures
• Prepare OR and surgical equipment
• Maintain aseptic technique
• Coordinate intraoperative patient care
• Ensure supplies, equipment, and implants are available
