Job Requirements

• Active Massachusetts Registered Nurse (RN) license required at time of submission
• Minimum 2 years of recent Emergency Department / Emergency Room nursing experience
• Prior travel nursing experience required
• Experience caring for pediatric patients required
• Current resume and completed skills checklist matching the ED specialty
• Availability must include requested time off at the time of submission
• Meditech Expanse experience preferred
• BLS certification and any additional core emergency nursing credentials required for ED practice

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, compassionate care as an Emergency Room Registered Nurse in a busy ED setting
• Assess, triage, and monitor patients with acute, emergent, and critical conditions
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support safe, efficient patient flow
• Care for both pediatric and adult patients as part of the emergency room patient mix
• Maintain accurate charting and follow hospital policies, unit protocols, and clinical standards
• Respond quickly and effectively to changing patient needs in a dynamic emergency care environment
