Job Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of recent Emergency Department or Emergency Room nursing experience
• Active Massachusetts RN license in hand
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required
• Strong assessment, triage, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-acuity healthcare setting
• Flexibility to float as needed to support patient care needs

Responsibilities

• Perform rapid assessments, triage, and ongoing patient monitoring
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to clinical protocols
