Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN)

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Emergency Room Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team. This position involves providing high-quality care to patients in a fast-paced emergency department setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assess and manage patients presenting with a variety of emergency medical conditions.
  • Perform triage, administer medications, and provide life-saving interventions as necessary.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
  • Monitor and document patient progress and respond to changes in condition.
  • Educate patients and families about treatment plans and health care goals.

Qualifications

  • Current and valid RN license for the state of practice.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) certifications required upon start.
  • Previous experience in an emergency department or related critical care setting preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Schedule and Benefits

This position requires 36 hours of work per week with rotating shifts. Shared housing will be provided at no cost for qualified candidates.
