Job Requirements

• Active New York RN license required
• Minimum 2 years of Emergency Department nursing experience
• Telemetry experience required
• Previous travel ER experience required
• BLS certification from the American Heart Association
• ACLS certification from the American Heart Association
• NIHSS certification

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled nursing care in a high-acuity, fast-paced Emergency Department
• Care for a diverse patient population across a busy adult ED environment
• Support boarder patients and contribute to efficient patient flow
• Deliver safe, timely, and compassionate care in a high-volume trauma setting
• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to meet unit needs, including charge, callback, floating, and holiday coverage responsibilities
