Job Details

  • Certifications: RN Licensure; BLS (Basic Life Support); ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support)
  • Education Requirements: RN licensure; 2 years of emergency department experience; Level 1 trauma center or academic hospital experience preferred
  • Location Requirements: Experience working in a Level 1 trauma center, designated Stroke Center, or Primary Percutaneous Coronary Intervention (PCI) center for patients experiencing Acute Myocardial Infarction preferred
  • Years of Experience: 0 years minimum; 2 years of ED experience preferred
  • Schedule: Night shift, 12-hour shifts, minimum 36 hours per week, starting 10/12/2026 and ending 01/09/2027
  • Additional Information: Triage to Trauma, Rapid Assessment, Emergency Acute Care areas; orientation every Monday; critical skills include critical thinking, public health, and patient teaching; previous employment with Johns Hopkins system must be noted if applicable.
