  • Essential Functions: Performs accurate triage assessments, monitors and manages patient conditions, provides medication education, recognizes symptoms of urgency, and documents nursing care accurately. Demonstrates competence in routine nursing skills, electrocardiogram interpretation, emergency response procedures, and coordinates effectively with inpatient units.
