Job Details

• Position Description: ER RN with a 12-hour variable shift schedule at a healthcare facility in Appleton, WI.
• Certifications: WI RN license, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, PALS, TNCC, and NIHSS are required.
• Education: Associate Degree or Certificate required; Bachelors Degree preferred.
• Minimum Experience: 3 years required, with at least 2+ years of ER experience and triage experience strongly preferred.
• Schedule: Rotating shifts with a minimum of 36 hours per week, including potential night before holidays and holiday shifts. Shift hours vary from 7a-7p, 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 1p-1a, to 7p-7a.
• Float: Float rotation may be required for all ThedaCare facilities within up to a 60-mile radius.
• Responsibilities include delivering efficient emergency care, documenting in Epic within the last year, and maintaining compliance with clinical standards.
• The unit consists of an 18-bed capacity with a patient ratio of 1:4, utilizing solid black scrubs.
• Minimum experience required: 0 years.
• All candidates must have previous ER and triage experience.
• Interview Type: MSP interview.
• Start Date: 10/26/2026.
• End Date: 01/24/2027.
