Emergency Room RN Night Shift Location: Not Specified. This position involves providing independent and complex emergency nursing care in a fast-paced clinical setting. The RN will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, intervene, and evaluate patient care, ensuring compassionate and effective treatment for all patients.

    The RN will deliver routine and complex emergency nursing care, demonstrating awareness of all relevant aspects of each situation. The role involves ongoing development of coping and management skills for clinical contingencies, making appropriate assignments, and delegating responsibilities to other care providers as needed.
