Requirements:

• Minimum 1-2 years of recent ED experience – Required
• AHA - BLS, ACLS, PALS certification – Required
• De-Escalation Training
• IN state license or compact license – Required
• Shift: Nights (6:45pm-7:15am), 36 hours per week (3 days per week)

• No locals (50-mile radius rule)

  FLOATING REQUIRED: Every third weekend, may float to Starke ED
