Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse position available in a high-volume trauma center located in Zanesville. This role involves providing acute emergency care in a Level III Trauma Center with 38 beds and 2 trauma bays. The assignment requires working night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM, totaling 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday rotation. Experience in emergency medicine and proficiency with electronic medical records are essential.

Job Details:

  • Shift: Nights, 12 hours, 36 hours per week, with every other weekend and holiday rotation.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid RN license, minimum of 3 completed emergency department (ED) assignments or 3 years of recent ED experience, BLS (Basic Life Support), PALS (Pediatric Advanced Life Support), and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support).
  • Preferred Qualifications: TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) and ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) are strongly preferred but not required.
  • Additional Information:
    • Competency with Epic EMR (Electronic Medical Record) is mandatory; candidates without Epic experience will not be considered.
    • The facility reserves the right to cancel up to 36 hours within the 13-week contract period.
    • All requested time off (RTO) must be disclosed during submission and included in the confirmation page to be honored.
    • Every assignment starts and ends on the dates specified, with RTO requests reflected accordingly.
