Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• At least 1 year of recent nursing experience required
• Emergency Department, ER, or acute care experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work 12-hour night shifts in a high-acuity clinical environment
• Strong critical thinking, assessment, and communication skills
• Flexible, dependable, and committed to delivering excellent patient care

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled emergency nursing care to patients presenting with urgent and emergent conditions
• Perform rapid assessments, monitor patient status, and respond quickly to changes in condition
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to support timely treatment and safe patient flow
• Administer medications, initiate interventions, and maintain accurate clinical documentation
• Support a safe, efficient, and compassionate Emergency Department environment
• Adapt to changing patient volume and prioritize care effectively during busy ER shifts
