Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent Emergency Department, ER, or acute care nursing experience
• Strong clinical assessment, triage, prioritization, and critical thinking skills
• Ability to remain calm and effective in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and teamwork skills
• Flexibility to work night shifts and provide dependable coverage

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality emergency nursing care to patients with urgent and emergent conditions
• Perform rapid assessments, initiate appropriate interventions, and monitor patient status
• Collaborate with physicians, providers, and interdisciplinary team members to support safe, efficient patient care
• Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and RN scope of practice
• Document care accurately in the electronic medical record and maintain clear communication throughout the shift
• Support a positive patient experience while responding to changing Emergency Department needs
