Job Requirements

• At least 1 year of recent registered nursing experience required
• Emergency Department or acute care experience strongly preferred
• Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, and CPI certifications required
• Strong adaptability and a true team-player mindset
• Experience working well in high-pressure, fast-moving clinical environments preferred
• Previous medical experience as an RN, medic, or technician is a plus
• Comfort with Meditech is helpful

Responsibilities

• Deliver skilled, compassionate care to Emergency Department patients in a high-volume setting
• Perform IV starts, phlebotomy, cardiac monitoring, and rhythm interpretation
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to support safe, efficient patient flow
• Respond confidently to changing patient needs and evolving priorities in a fast-paced ER
• Use emergency equipment such as cardiac monitors, EKGs, ultrasound, Belmont Rapid Infuser, IO drills, and Lifepak as needed
• Maintain a professional, positive presence while delivering excellent patient care under pressure
