Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a 34-bed Emergency Room setting
• Assess and manage patients presenting with chest pain, abdominal pain, and related acute conditions
• Participate in the care of STEMI and stroke patients following established protocols
• Manage sepsis patients in accordance with evidence-based guidelines
• Support and assist with behavioral health patients presenting to the Emergency Department

Required Qualifications

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license valid in the state of Georgia or a compact state license
• Current BLS certification required
• Current ACLS certification required
• Prior Emergency Room nursing experience required

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with STEMI and stroke response protocols
• Familiarity with sepsis management and early recognition
• Experience working with behavioral health patients in an emergency setting
