Job Summary:
Emergency Room (ER) Nurse in Tomball, Texas. This role involves providing high-quality emergency care in a Level III trauma center, accredited chest pain center, and primary stroke center. The position requires a team-oriented professional to perform acute care assessments, administer treatments, and support patients through various emergency procedures.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights shift, 12 hours per shift, minimum of 36 hours per week.
• Required Qualifications: Certifications in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) or Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course (ENPC); valid license to practice nursing; location within a 1-year travel experience; no minimum experience required.
• Preferred Qualifications: Certification in Trauma Nursing Core Course (TNCC), Certified Emergency Nurse (CEN), or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS).
• Additional Information: Responsibilities include acute care and assessment of emergency patients, performing procedures such as IV initiation, blood collection, blood transfusions, medication administration, adult and pediatric resuscitation, behavioral health patient care, intubation assistance, restraint application, splinting, and moderate sedation. Requires weekend shifts (minimum two per month) with no on-call duties.
• Float: Float rotation may be required on occasion.
