Must-Have Requirements

1. 24+ months recent/current OR + CVOR experience
2. CVOR/Cardiac experience – REQUIRED
   • Approximately 80% cardiac / 20% general
3. Cardiac + Vascular + Thoracic experience – REQUIRED
4. General OR circulating experience – REQUIRED
5. Open-heart scrub experience – REQUIRED
6. EPIC experience within the last 3 years – REQUIRED
7. Trauma Level II experience – REQUIRED
   • Level I is highly preferred
8. Previous travel assignment within the last 15 months – REQUIRED
   • No first-time travelers
9. Active Iowa or Compact/Multistate RN license
10. AHA/ARC BLS
11. Driver's license required
12. Must be willing to float across campuses
