RN OR Circulator

Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced RN OR Circulator with a strong background in vascular surgery. The ideal candidate will possess at least two years of vascular experience and proficiency in using the DaVinci Robot.

Responsibilities

  • Perform circulating duties in the operating room, primarily focusing on vascular cases.
  • Provide support and may float to cardiovascular operating room (CVOR) or general OR as needed.
  • Adhere to best practices and safety protocols while ensuring optimal patient care.
  • Participate in on-call rotations and weekend shifts as required.

Shift Information

This position requires a commitment of 36 hours per week, consisting of three 12-hour shifts. Weekend coverage will be required every 2 to 3 weeks, with two days of on-call duty each week.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of vascular nursing experience required.
  • Proficiency with the DaVinci Robot is essential.
  • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications are mandatory.
  • Candidates with minimal request time off (RTO) and willingness to work or take call during the holiday season will receive priority consideration.
