Noor Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Critical Care Float for a travel nursing job in Seattle, Washington.

Opportunity:
RN - High Acuity Float Pool
Job Details:
• Work 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• 3 weekend shifts required per schedule
• Holiday shifts required
• No on-call or standby requirements
• Self-scheduling available
• Float pool covers multiple units including Critical Care Unit, Observation, Med Surg, General Surgery, Ortho Surgery, Short Stay Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Neurosurgery, Oncology, Telemetry, and Progressive Care
• Nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:2 depending on acuity; may be 1:3 for lower acuity assignments
• Care for medical, surgical, neurological, and cardiac patients
• Titrate drips including Epi, Norepi, Dobutamine, Propofol, Esmolol, Hydromorphone, Midazolam, and CIS
• Work with RT equipment including ventilators, high flow, BiPAP, and CPAP
• Use Phillips monitors; RNs required to read strips with at least one monitor tech available
• Charge assignments created at 0645 and 1845; RNs choose their assignments
• Night shift candidates with CRRT, Impella, ECMO, or IABP experience preferred
• PA catheter experience preferred for device-trained candidates
• Minimum 2 years ICU experience required; high acuity experience preferred
• Prior float pool experience required (float pool shifts, other facilities, and/or floating to other floors/units)
• EPIC experience required
• Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs
• Required certifications: ACLS (AHA), BLS (AHA), NIHSS
• Washington state or Compact nursing license required
• Charting system: EPIC
• Acute care setting

This acute care facility operates a comprehensive High Acuity Float Pool spanning multiple specialized units, including critical care, surgical, oncology, telemetry, and progressive care. The facility maintains standard AACN CCU staffing guidelines and supports nurses with charge nurses and house supervisors who are assignment-free. The organization provides a structured orientation program including General Hospital Orientation, unit-specific modules, and hands-on ICU orientation shifts to ensure staff are well-prepared for their roles.
