Job Description (JD):
 

Job Title: Nurse Coordinator – Ambulatory Oncology

 

Shift: Mon–Fri, 8-Hour Days (07:30 AM – 04:00 PM / 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM)

 

Contract Length: 13 Weeks (40 hrs/week)

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outpatient medical oncology care coordination & patient navigation.
  • Telephone triage, symptom management, and patient education.
  • Coordinating referrals (VNA/Hospice/DME), specialist consultations, imaging, and IR procedures.
  • Processing specialty oral chemotherapy drug authorizations and script renewals.

Requirements:

  • Active Massachusetts RN License (required at submission).
  • 2+ years of Medical/Hematology Oncology experience (outpatient care coordination preferred).
  • Strong phone triage, communication, and computer skills.
  • Note:No local candidates.
  • Free parking provided.
