Registered Nurse - Cardiovascular Center

Job Overview

Seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Cardiovascular Center. This role entails providing high-quality nursing care and supporting patients through various cardiovascular procedures.

Schedule

The position requires a commitment of 40 hours per week, operating on a 4x10 hour shift schedule. Shift start times may vary at 6:30 AM, 7:00 AM, or 8:00 AM.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver nursing care in accordance with established protocols and guidelines.
Provide moderate sedation support and monitor patients throughout procedures.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient care.
Participate in on-call duties as necessary to support the needs of the unit.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
Educate patients and families about pre- and post-procedure care and education.

Qualifications

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification.
Experience in cardiovascular interventional radiology (CVIR) preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
