**Job Description:**
- **Position:** Case Manager RN
- **Licensure:** Must have an active AK RN license for auto offer.
- **Start Date:** ASAP
- **Contract Length:** 13 or 26 Weeks
- **Shift Options:**
- 4x10 or 5x8 Days
- Shift times may vary, typically:
- 0700-1530
- 0730-1600
- 0800-1630
- 0830-1700
- 0700-1730
- 0730-1800
- **Experience Required:** Minimum of 1 year
- **First Time Travelers:** Welcomed!
- **Certifications Needed:**
- BLS
- AK RN License
- ACM Certification preferred
- **Skills Required:**
- Epic experience
- Acute Care experience
- **On-Call Requirement:** No
- **Weekend Requirement:** Yes - every other weekend or 4 weekend days in a 4-week schedule
- **Floating:** Clinician may float within scope to meet facility needs.
- **Block Scheduling:** Not accommodated.
- **Local Candidates:** Not accepted; candidate's permanent address must be at least 50 miles from facility.
- **Pending License:** Must have AK RN license in hand for auto offer; pending licenses will be screened.
- **RTO Restrictions:**
- Only 1 time off request per 13-week assignment of 5 days or less.
- No holiday RTO for auto offer.
- **Guaranteed Hours:** 72 hours per 2 weeks; traveler can be called off for 1, 8-hour shift per 2 weeks.
