Description:
This position requires a registered nurse specializing in case management.
The nurse will handle a caseload of up to 25 patients.
Daily responsibilities include care coordination, discharge planning, and denial appeals.
Knowledge of CMS regulations and HIPAA guidelines is essential.
Experience with charting systems, specifically Epic, is required.
The position requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively in an interdisciplinary team.
Travelers may need to assist with various patient populations, including adolescents, adults, pediatrics, and geriatrics.
Candidates should be prepared for potential housing assistance during assignment.
