Responsibilities:

  • Manage utilization review processes, ensuring appropriate care and documentation.
  • Collaborate with providers and payers to facilitate patient care plans.
  • Utilize Epic EMR and Dragonfly UM tools efficiently.
  • Float to other campuses as necessary, functioning as core staff.
  • Adhere to scheduled shift timings with a rotating weekend schedule.
