GLC On-The-Go is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Fort Myers, Florida.

Job Description & Requirements

  • Shift: 8 hours, days
  • Employment Type: Travel

REMOTE POSITION- Utilization Management at Lee Health Corporate Center located at 4211 Metro Parkway, Fort Myers, Florida, 33916 

 

  • Start: 10/5
  • Shift: Monday through Friday 8A to 4:30P, with every fifth weekend rotation.
  • 2 years of experience required. 
  • Must have experience with PROVIDERS and not only Payers. They need Provider experience with Dragon Fly.
  • CCM/CMCN required.
  • EMR: Epic experience required & UM tool is Dragonfly (DragonFly experience is required).
  • Prior travel highly preferred.
  • Must be computer literate and have some experience with working remote (We do NOT supply the computer).
  • Degree accreditation verification required or must have 5 years of experience.
  • 50 mile RR
