✨ Position Details

We are looking for an experienced RN Case Manager to join our team

Requirements:

·         Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of practice

·         1-2 years of recent Case Management experience preferred

·         Experience with care coordination, utilization review, and discharge planning

·         Strong patient assessment and individualized care-planning skills

·         Experience coordinating care with physicians, hospitals, skilled nursing facilities, home health, and community resources

·         Knowledge of insurance authorization, medical necessity, and payer requirements

·         BLS certification required

Compensation

W2: $15/hour on W2

Stipend: $1,463/ Weekly

Gross Weekly: $2,003/ Weekly

Additional Details

Contract Length: 13 weeks with possibility of extension
