RN – OR Circulator (Cardiovascular Surgery)

Contract | Travel | 13 Weeks | Days | 4 x 10-hour shifts (6:45 AM – 5:15 PM) | Projected Start: October 12, 2026
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as OR Circulator in a surgical suite supporting cardiovascular and open heart surgery cases
- Maintain a 1:1 patient ratio in a 13-bed operating room environment serving an adult patient population
- Operate and assist with advanced surgical equipment including Robotics (DaVinci), Mako, Holmium Laser, and Hana table
- Document patient care accurately using the Cerner electronic health record system
- Fulfill call responsibilities approximately 7 days per month, including Friday, Saturday, and Sunday coverage
- Adhere to facility dress code, including use of hospital-laundered scrubs via on-site scrub machine
Required Qualifications
- Active RN license (ADN or BSN) required
- Minimum 1–2 years of OR circulator experience
- Ability to fulfill on-call requirements, including weekend call shifts
- Must reside at least 60 miles from the facility to be considered for travel rates
- Must be available to begin orientation on one of the following dates: October 12, October 26, November 9, November 16, or December 7
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Experience in orthopedic or neurosurgery OR settings
- Familiarity with robotic-assisted surgical platforms, particularly DaVinci
- Prior experience with cardiovascular or open heart surgery cases
