**Join Our Team as an OR Circulator RN!**
Are you an experienced Operating Room Circulator RN looking for an exciting opportunity? Join us in Hickory, NC, and be part of a dynamic team at a leading medical center!
**Position Highlights:**
- **Role**: Operating Room Circulator RN
- **Shift**: 6:30 AM - 3:00 PM (4 ten-hour shifts)
- **Number of Openings**: 4-5
- **Team Environment**: Work along with a talented team in a collaborative and supportive environment.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Circulate in the operating room for a variety of surgical procedures.
- Maintain a sterile environment and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Coordinate with surgical teams to ensure optimal patient care.
**Qualifications:**
- **Required Certifications**: RN (ADN or BSN)
- **Experience**: Minimum of 1 year in Operating Room settings.
- **Preferred Skills**: Experience in Ortho or Neuro procedures.
- **Patient Population**: Primarily adults, minimal pediatrics (outpatient only).
**Unit Information:**
- **Beds**: 13
- **Patient Ratios**: 1:1
- **Equipment**: Robotics (Davinci), Mako, Holmium Laser, Hana table.
- **EHR**: Cerner.
**Dress Code:**
- Scrub Color: No specific color required - scrubs provided by the hospital.
- Any outside attire must be laundered by the hospital.
**Orientation Schedule:**
- Travelers must start on one of the following dates:
- **October 12th, October 26th**
- **November 9th, November 16th**
- **December 7th**
