**Unit Details:**
- **Equipment:** Phillips bedside telemetry monitors, Hill-Rom beds, Alaris IV pumps.
- **Documentation System:** Meditech.
- **Floater Policy:** C/L employees may float to other ICUs or floors as needed.
**Candidate Requirements:**
- **Experience:** Strong critical care experience, especially in CVICU.
- **Advanced Skills:**
- Proficiency with PA catheter and hemodynamic monitoring.
- Preferred experience with IABP, Impella, and CRRT.
- **Procedures:**
- Care for immediate post-operative cardiac surgery patients including ECMO, Centrimags, and HM3 LVADS.
- Perform central line insertion, swan insertion, intubations, etc.
- **Certifications:**
- ACLS and BLS required.
**Scheduling Requirements:**
- 2 weekends/month.
- 1 summer holiday (Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day).
- 2 Winter Holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day).
**Dress Code:**
- Scrubs in black, red, or galaxy blue; scrub jackets/vests only.
