Description:
Deliver high-quality direct patient care as a Registered Nurse (RN).
Ensure safe, evidence-based interventions aligned with organizational policies and clinical standards.
Implement and monitor individualized patient care plans.
Evaluate outcomes and adjust treatment to optimize patient safety and recovery.
Administer physician and nursing orders promptly.
Maintain compliance with regulatory standards and support quality improvement initiatives.
Lead discharge planning efforts.
Collaborate with patients and the interdisciplinary team to ensure safe transitions and effective post-acute care planning.
Work with a patient population that includes high-risk cardiac surgery and advanced heart failure.
Be prepared to float to other units as needed.
Utilize electronic medical records systems for documentation and patient care.
