Schedule / Job Type

Contract | Days | 4x10-hour rotating shifts (0700–1730 and 0930–2000); shift rotation is grouped by week for consistency. On-call required: one weekday call shift per week and one weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) per month. Call requirements may vary based on staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology (EP) setting at a 1:1 patient ratio
• Assist with cardiac catheterization and EP procedures, remaining on shift until procedures are complete
• Participate in rotating on-call schedule including weekday and weekend call shifts
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Adhere to radiation safety protocols; radiation badge required and must be provided by the staffing agency prior to start
• Be prepared to support emergency response operations during hurricane season (June through November)

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab and/or EP experience required
• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start date
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• EP and/or Cardiac Cath Lab experience required
• Radiation badge required; must be supplied by the staffing agency — not provided by the facility
• Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience charting in Epic
• Familiarity with acute care hospital environments
• Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules while maintaining clinical performance
