Contract | Days | 4x10-Hour Shifts | Rotating between 7:00–17:30 and 9:30–20:00 shift windows (shifts are grouped for consistency week to week, not rotated day to day); on-call and weekend call required

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the Cardiac Cath Lab and/or Electrophysiology (EP) lab at a 1:1 patient ratio
• Assist with cardiac catheterization and EP procedures, remaining on-site until procedures are complete
• Participate in rotating on-call coverage, including one weekend (Friday, Saturday, Sunday) per month and one weekday call shift per week; call requirements may vary based on staffing needs
• Document patient care accurately using Epic electronic health records
• Wear a radiation monitoring badge (must be supplied by agency prior to start — not provided by the facility)
• Be aware that during hurricane season (June–November), all employees and contractors may be assigned to emergency response teams

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab and/or EP experience required
• Active South Carolina RN license or Compact license must be in hand prior to start date
• BLS and ACLS certifications required
• Radiation badge required — must be provided by the staffing agency; the facility does not supply radiation badges to travelers
• Must live more than 60 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates may be considered on a case-by-case basis

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Experience with Epic charting system
• Ability to adapt to rotating shift schedules while maintaining clinical performance
• Comfort working in a fast-paced procedural environment with variable end times based on case completion
