**Responsibilities:**
- Deliver exceptional nursing care for a diverse patient population.
- Utilize the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation.
- Address complex psychological, emotional, cultural, and social needs of patients and families.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols; monitor for side effects and effectiveness.
- Document patient history, symptoms, medications, and care provided with precision and accuracy.
- Assess learning needs and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers, identifying resources as necessary.
- Collaborate and delegate appropriately to manage clinical situations effectively.
**Job Requirements:**
- **Education/Skills:**
- Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing (preferred).
- **Experience:**
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related nursing specialty (preferred).
- **Licenses, Registrations, or Certifications:**
- BLS certification (AHA only).
- RN license in the state of NM or compact.
**Work Schedule:**
- 4 Days - 10 Hours
- Full-Time position
