• Weekly Estimated Pay: $2,250–$2,370
• Guaranteed Hours: 36 per week
• Shift Schedule: 10-12 hour day, night, and mid shifts; flexibility to work all shift times required
• Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend, based on unit needs
• Float: May float to 1:1 assignments as needed

Job Requirements

• Active RN license required
• 2+ years of cardiac or Tele/PCU experience preferred
• BLS certification required
• Strong cardiac nursing knowledge and comfort with telemetry and progressive care patient management
• Experience with EPIC preferred
• Ability to care for patients with diagnoses such as chest pain, MI, open heart recovery, Watchman, TAVR, post-op cardiac cath, and post-op pacer
• Must be able to complete and clear required Pennsylvania screenings and fingerprint-based background checks before start
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a team-oriented mindset

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, compassionate care to cardiac Telemetry/PCU patients in an acute care setting
• Monitor telemetry, assess changes in patient condition, and respond promptly to clinical needs
• Support patients recovering from cardiac procedures and surgeries
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate patient care
• Document care accurately and efficiently in EPIC
• Use cardiac equipment and unit resources effectively to support excellent patient outcomes
• Maintain professionalism, flexibility, and a patient-first approach in a fast-paced healthcare environment
