• Weekly Hours: 40 hours guaranteed; 36 hours noted in assignment details

• Call Requirements: One weeknight per pay period, plus one 48-hour weekend every 8 weeks
• Estimated Weekly Pay: $2,250-$2,370

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of OR nursing experience required
• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• BLS certification required
• Strong communication skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced surgical setting
• Cerner experience preferred
• Flexibility to work the assigned day shift schedule and take call as needed

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, efficient, and compassionate nursing care in the operating room
• Support surgical procedures by preparing the room, equipment, and supplies
• Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesia providers, and perioperative team members to promote positive patient outcomes
• Monitor patients throughout the perioperative experience and respond to changing clinical needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow established surgical and safety protocols
• Participate in call coverage according to the assignment schedule
