Unit: A6
Shift: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Nights)
Openings: 1
Orientation: Weekly on Mondays
Weekend: As needed / Every 3rd weekend
Call: None
Floating: As needed – must be willing to float
Travel Requirement: Must live 60+ miles from the facility

Requirements

• 1+ year RN experience
• Tennessee RN license
• BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIH
• Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) – required
• Good assessment skills preferred
• Must be motivated, hardworking, compassionate, and a team player
• Must be comfortable asking questions when needed

Unit Details

• 23-bed unit
• Patient ratio: 4–6:1
• EHR: Meditech
• Trauma Level III
• Patient population: Adults, geriatrics, and patients age 13+
• Common cases:
  • Post-op joint patients
  • Post-op bariatric patients
  • Post-op GI
  • Trauma patients

Dress Code

• Scrubs: Any color
• T-shirts must have the hospital logo
• No acrylic nails

Good to know: The facility is open to 48-hour guaranteed contracts and weekend block scheduling.
