Start Date: November 3, 2026

Location: Apple Valley, California

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (6:00 PM - 6:30 AM). Weekend coverage required, averaging every other weekend but may exceed to accommodate unit needs. Guaranteed hours with facility allowed to call off 1 shift per 2-week period.

• Level III NICU with 14 beds serving approximately 190 births per month
• 212-bed acute care hospital utilizing Epic charting system
• Patient ratios staffed by acuity, up to 1:3 ratio
• Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, pharmacy, radiology, and social services

Requirements:

• Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of RN experience required, with at least 1 year in Level III NICU specialty (hard requirement)
• Current certifications: BLS, NRP Advanced (or NRP with willingness to obtain Advanced before start), PALS
• Epic charting system experience required
• Previous travel nursing experience required
• Experience with community hospital settings
• Patient ratio experience of 2-3 patients required
• Proficiency in required skills including administration of blood products, arterial line management, high-risk delivery attendance, central line management, PICC line management, ventilator management, andvasopressor titration
• Two professional references covering 1 year within the last 3 years
