Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (19:00 - 07:00). Weekend coverage required on a variable basis. Floating to other units may be required, including pediatric units for patients under age 2.

• 61-bed NICU with daily census of 52 patients and patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on acuity

Requirements:

• Active Registered Nurse license (Compact license required at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of NICU nursing experience required
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with patient ratios of 1:3 or similar
• Proficiency in core NICU skills including ventilator management, high-frequency ventilation, arterial line management, central line care, UAC/UVC management, therapeutic hypothermia, and care of neonates 29+ weeks gestation
• Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
• Must commit to working 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
