Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, NICU – Spokane, WA 99204

Start Date: October 5, 2026

Location: Spokane, Washington

Schedule: Night shift, 3x12-hour shifts (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM). Variable weekend coverage required (every other or as needed). Patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on acuity.

• 61-bed NICU with daily census of 52 patients; NICU Level III and IV care experience

Requirements:

• Active Compact RN license (must be in hand at time of submission)
• Minimum 2 years of NICU experience required
• Current BLS and NRP certifications
• Epic charting system experience required
• Experience with patient ratios up to 1:3
• Proficiency in neonatal care skills including ventilator management, high-frequency ventilation, umbilical line care, therapeutic hypothermia, and care of neonates 29+ weeks gestation
• Competency in administration of blood products, IV vasopressors, arterial line management, and developmental care
• Two professional references covering one year of experience within the last three years
• Commitment to work 3 of 5 major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
