• Position: Travel Neuro ICU RN
• Shift: Nights, 7:00 PM–7:30 AM
• Schedule: 4 × 12-hour shifts
• Contract: 13 or 18 weeks
• Experience: Minimum 2 years RN experience + 2 years Neuro ICU and/or comprehensive stroke center experience
• Facility: Large hospital / Comprehensive Stroke Center
• Required: BLS, ACLS, NIHSS
• EMR: Epic required
• Patient Ratio: 1:3
• Weekend: Every other weekend
• Holiday: Every other holiday
• Local Travelers: Not accepted; must live 50+ miles away
• RTO: Maximum 14 days; must be submitted upfront
• Floating: Required to other units/campuses within the Premier Health system
• Common Patients: Ischemic/hemorrhagic strokes, seizures, encephalopathy, neuromuscular disorders, brain/spinal tumors, and other high-acuity ICU patients
• Skills: EVD, ICP monitoring, ventilators, arterial lines, central lines, vasoactive drips, dysrhythmia interpretation, post-neurosurgery care, and stroke management
