Job Requirements

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license
• Minimum of 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience
• Experience in critical care, acute care, or hospital-based nursing preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills and the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient advocacy skills
• Commitment to delivering safe, patient-centered care

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU
• Monitor patient status and respond promptly to changes in condition
• Administer medications, treatments, and interventions according to established protocols
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary care team to support recovery and continuity of care
• Document assessments, interventions, and patient progress accurately and thoroughly
