• Schedule: 3 shifts per week
• Hours: 36 hours per week
• Orientation: Approximately 16 hours
• Weekly Estimated Pay: $1,910 - $2,010

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of recent Med/Surg Tele, telemetry nursing, or equivalent acute care experience required
• Active permanent Ohio RN license or compact RN license in hand at time of submission
• Current AHA BLS and ACLS certification required
• NIHSS certification preferred
• Recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty required
• Ability to successfully complete required orientation assessments
• Strong communication skills and comfort working in a telemetry-based hospital environment

Responsibilities

• Deliver safe, compassionate care to adult medical-surgical and telemetry patients
• Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond appropriately to changes in patient condition
• Administer medications, perform assessments, and document patient care accurately
• Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary healthcare team to support positive outcomes
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, recovery goals, and discharge needs
• Prioritize patient safety, clinical quality, and timely communication during night shift operations
