This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced RNs looking for a contract position in a dynamic healthcare environment. We are seeking dedicated professionals with a passion for patient care and a commitment to excellence. Key Responsibilities: Provide care to patients in a telemetry and medical-surgical setting, with a focus on orthopedics and simple gynecological procedures. Utilize Epic software for patient management and documentation. Monitor cardiac rhythms and respond to dysrhythmias effectively. Administer medications and manage IV therapy, including blood product administration and central line care. Manage respiratory needs, including CPAP/BIPAP and tracheostomy care. Participate in Rapid Response Teams as needed. Requirements: Minimum of 2 years of telemetry experience required. 3 years of RN experience is mandatory. Must have experience with VENT and cardiac monitoring. ACLS and BLS certifications are required. Ability to read cardiac strips is essential. Must be able to float between units as necessary. Unit Details: Average Census: 36 Rooms/Beds Patient Ratios: 1:4 Patient Population: Adolescents to Geriatrics Every other weekend coverage required; no call requirement.
