Description

American Traveler is hiring a RN for a Med/Surg Tele Float position requiring 1 year of experience and a PA or compact RN license.

Details

• Med/Surg Tele Float unit within a hospital setting
• Patient ratios of 1:4-1:8 using team nursing
• Night shift, 3x12 hours, 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
• Every other weekend required
• No on-call responsibilities
• Float position requiring flexibility to float within scope to meet facility needs
• No block scheduling available

Requirements

• Active RN license (PA or Compact) required, pending licenses not accepted
• BLS certification required, ACLS preferred
• Minimum of 1 year of relevant nursing experience required

• First-time travelers are welcome to apply
• Local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted
• Preferred RTO of 5 days or less
• Candidates previously employed by the facility within the past year are not eligible for this assignment
