Job Summary:
MRI Technologist in a high-volume, Level I Trauma teaching hospital setting. This role involves performing MRI imaging for adult and pediatric patients across various departments, including emergency, intensive care units, and outpatient services. The position requires confidence in clinical skills and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment.

Job Details:

  • Schedule: Days, 10 hours per shift, minimum of 40 hours per week. Contract duration from 10/19/2026 to 01/16/2027.
  • Required Qualifications: Valid ARRT (American Registry of Radiologic Technologists) (R) or NMTCB certification, ARRT (Magnetic Resonance Imaging) (MR) or ARMRI, Basic Life Support (BLS) certification, and state licensure is not required.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Strong clinical skills with experience working confidently in a fast-paced environment; good communication skills; helpful attitude and teamwork orientation.
  • Additional Information: The department features Siemens 1.5 Tesla MRI equipment. Orientation includes a facility and departmental tour with introductions, and a flexible five-day departmental orientation based on the traveler's needs. No rotations between shifts or weekends; travelers fill vacant shifts per contract. Holiday coverage is expected unless approved off in advance. Travel teammates are expected to work the contracted shift and schedule cycle.
