Contract | Overnight Shift (7:00 PM – 7:30 AM) | Sunday, Monday, and Friday
Key Responsibilities
- Perform MRI imaging procedures in accordance with departmental protocols and patient care standards
- Operate and maintain MRI equipment to ensure optimal image quality and patient safety
- Screen patients for MRI contraindications and explain procedures clearly prior to scanning
- Collaborate with radiologists and clinical staff to support accurate and timely diagnostic imaging
- Document patient information and imaging data accurately in the medical record system
Required Qualifications
- ARRT certification (MRI) or ARMRIT certification required
- Current state licensure or eligibility to practice as an MRI Technologist in Massachusetts
- Demonstrated experience operating MRI equipment in a clinical setting
- Ability to work overnight shifts including Sundays, Mondays, and Fridays
Preferred Experience / Skills
- Prior experience in a high-volume or acute care imaging environment
- Familiarity with a variety of MRI protocols and sequences
- Strong communication and patient interaction skills in a fast-paced setting
